built in bra tops for larger boobs

Any good recommendations for actually supportive built in bra tops? Bravissimo has only a couple of boring models right now. I have tried random high street ones (Uniqlo and such), but haven't really found anything I'd be happy to wear for anything but lounging around the house. Any suggestions?

I hate to put rain on your parade before it even happens, but l’m a 36F and never found one remotely suitable.

l did try a bravissimo one but it felt like a cross between a suit of armour and a bullet proof vest.

I hated the old bravissimo ones but finding the current ones quite good. Following for links because they are so useful

I'm not even looking for something that gives me a huge amount of lift or anything. Just some average support would be nice. I have some old Bravissimo PJ tops that do what I want, supportive but still comfortable, but most of them are very clearly nightwear.

I thought some of the Uniqlo ones were really nice. Quite smooth lines and can be worn smartly with trousers or a skirt. But I don't have very large boobs. I hate wearing a bra though, the straps and the back always drive me mad. So these tops work well for me. I have tried others but those were the best.

I just wear those bras without seams or wiring with no back strap - the ones you pull over your head. True I do not look pert but as long as I do not run for a bus I am ok. I got them from TU £10 for 3. Ribbed bralets. I am a 40F. Sorry cannot do the link.

I don't have a recommendation but can say that I got built in vests at M&S recently and I got a large size (I'm a 14) and I feel like they're strangling my rib cage so haven't been pleased with them.

DecafDodger · 28/10/2024 16:23

Not2identifying how do you find the support though? I have a couple of uniqlo ones, and one is wearable around the house, another gives no support. Challenge probably being that I have narrow ribs but larger cup (30FF), so the sizes I need come with teeny cups - or if I go size up, back is too loose.

In thar case, I'd say the support is pretty good but I have huge boobs (autocorrect would have it that I'm the owner of huge books) and found it fine for the house. The only reason I wouldn't wear it outside is because it's too low cut. It might work if I was wearing something else over the top.

I concur, trying to wriggle in and out of them is a major operation too....

Yes! @TeamPolin
