Black tie wedding guest dress

My DD is looking for a floor length dress for a black tie wedding at a very smart venue. She has a budget of £200-250. Black would be fine, she is a size 8-10.

Some of the sites looked at are aimed at proms. Can anyone help. She's 30 by the way.
