Just watching it last night.. I am not sure he's that good for women. Trussing you up in magic knickers isn't really going to help you much is it? Apart from making it impossible to get the wretched things off.. surely if you do then get naked you'll be covered in marks from the lycra which isn't much of a turn on is it? Do the really need to be gawped at naked on Oxford street? Is it going to be life changing or is it just the attention that does the trick?

I love Gok but when he asks the ladies in the programme about other peoples fat bellies and they all say "nah its looks beautiful" I always think "load of shite, they look like fat pigs" but thats just me. I have a huge belly I hasten to add and would not want to show myself up on telly. Watching Gok is my guilty secret though!

I think its interesting the way he doesn't have anyone really overweight on the show...they are all depressed about their body shape which is usually a slightly out of shape 14.

But why not have someone who hates their body and is a size 30? Would that be a Gok too far?

I'm sure he used to get people eating better, drinking water and exercising a bit in an earlier series, or is it only me that remembers that?

I love watching it - and love his camp OTT presentation style - ("ding dong" etc) but I agree that the Oxford Street window stunt is going a bit too far. It's just uncomfortable viewing - though this series they don't seem to make their hair quite as solid, which has to be an improvement .

I have to say though that if he puts ONE MORE wide belt directly under someone's 'bangers' (sorry, foxy) I will SCREAM! It looks rubbish!!!
