Soft yoga leggings that are not Lululemon or Sweaty Betty?

DYIDIY · 16/10/2024 14:02

I’d like to wear them both in the gym and around the house for comfort. I like the Lululemon soft yoga ones but would like to spend a bit less, any brand to recommend?
Happy to spend around £50 max and don’t want something too cheap that will lose shape and color with a few washes.
Thanks!

Another vote for Bamboo, I have a different pair (same brand) and they are super comfy and have lasted well.

AnotherEmma · 17/10/2024 14:18

(I have a Bamboo referral link for a discount if anyone wants it)

BAM. Beautifully soft after 10 years if wearing

ImpatienceOfASaint · 17/10/2024 16:01

Either the CRZ Yoga Butterluxe range, or Adanola are fantastic

I just came on to recommend these I have two pairs now - not supportive so nothing like power leggings from SB but just oh so comfortable and amazing price.
Two pockets too !

Notmollybutdolly · 17/10/2024 22:22

Does anyone find the CRZ ones a bit big at the waist???

stevienicksismyfairygodmother · 17/10/2024 23:11

I've been practising yoga for over 30 years in uk, India, Canada and Australia and have never spent more than 20 quid on my leggings and I keep them for years. I doubt that my current teacher has expensive ones either. I Often wear loose pants too? They're Cheap and are absolutely fine.
Look at yogaprops. You really don't need expensive leggings to practice yoga.

Let's remember that The ultimate goal of yoga is to achieve a state of inner peace, known as “samadhi,” through the integration of our physical, mental, and spiritual selves. This peaceful state allows us to experience a sense of happiness and contentment that transcends our everyday worries and concerns and taps into pure consciousness.
The wearing of leggings and the look of them, or cost of them, is insignificant. Namaste

I think I got my last pairs from Buddha stones and I wear them around the house, gym, hiking as well as yoga

Crikeyalmighty · 17/10/2024 23:37

Marking!!

DYIDIY · 18/10/2024 22:30

@stevienicksismyfairygodmother I don’t do yoga, just need them to wear around the house and in the weekend. Thank you anyway

I love gym shark, reasonably priced and very soft. With sweaty Betty it depends on the range, I had one good pair but when I tried on others in store a lot were very translucent!

NippyCrab · 19/10/2024 21:13

Oooh I like the flanci ones, I used to wear Lucy Locket Loves a lot and have just bought some again from Vinted. Good to know the CRZ have pockets that's actually what I need.

MontyDonsBlueScarf · 20/10/2024 09:15

@NippyCrab If you try Flanci it might help to know that I'm between sizes and find that both are wearable, but the smaller is a better fit. They often have sales, too.

GameOfJones · 20/10/2024 09:25

I second Llama Leisure. I have both their leggings and their jogger style with pockets and they're excellent. Good value, wash and wear really well. Super comfy and not see through. I love them!

@AnotherEmma @chipsewfast which style do you recommend from bamboo?

I have some jersey joggers but I bought them years and years ago - can't find them on the website.

WetBandits · 20/10/2024 09:35

My sister wears the Tala ones. They are so soft! Not see-through and don’t go bobbly!

gingercat02 · 20/10/2024 09:39

I'm just about to go to PiYo in my Thought ones www.wearethought.com/collections/sustainable-women-leggings?srsltid=AfmBOoqpFNeeqSES_BAf5rTj1B0DDxajxkcQbEqh5M5CeB1tVAGyKJu9
Comfy, stretchy, pockets ✔️

NippyCrab · 20/10/2024 10:18

I'll definitely keep an eye out, I love brighter leggings for walking the dogs and pottering about. Thank you for the tips. I'm on a weight loss journey so I'm not spending anything substantial at the moment, when I reach goal I'll definitely be investing in a couple of pairs. Paws will be the first choice 😄♥️

ThisTimeNextWeekDavid · 20/10/2024 10:26

I also like CZY Yoga and Born Nouli are brilliant. Very good quality, great colours, very reasonably priced. Found them on Insta and have bought 4 pairs.

isthismylifenow · 20/10/2024 15:09

I second the pp who suggested Glowmode. They are so reasonable and really good quality. My dd actually prefers these to LL.
