How much do your charity shops charge for the following:

High street brand coat- Roughly around the £8 mark

High street brand blouse/ top — Roughly under £5

High street brand knit wear - Roughly around the £6 mark

High street brand accessories- Roughly under £5

Area- NE England

They are all different. One is run by people who overprice everything and treat shabby Primark the same as high end High St. Another one has regular sales ‘everything £6 for 2’. So you can’t really compare.

It depends on the shop where I live some can be cheap and others very expensive virtually next door to each other.

It depends on the charity around here. Age Concern has the most reasonable prices at around £8-10 for coats and £3.99 for tops (except for very high end brands) etc. The likes of BHF and Oxfam have absurd prices like £15 for a Primark/Matalan coat and £20+ for other brands, and tops etc are £7-8+.

I haven’t really bought much clothing in charity shops for the past couple of years as they are full of the crap that people aren’t putting on Vinted/eBay. We have 8 shops and I visit 2-3 times a week and they are full of rubbish, except for the very rare gem.

Depends which shop as the local ones are much cheaper than the following
Coats are 5-£50 tbf the £50 one is lovely and I am sorely tempted
Dresses usually 8 higher if Boden, whitestuff
Jumpers £4 to £9 irrespective of brand
Accessories 50p to £5
Ryde Isle of Wight

I used to volunteer in the Salvation Army and they were expensive but the manager told me he's been ordered to reduce prices to become the cheapest . Jumpers are all £4
