actually they don't need to be leather, could be some kind of fabricy material but not plastic.

I love these and am currently debating whether to go for the blue or the brown

katierocket · 23/04/2008 14:27

ok have looked and these are ok except do you think they'd be uncomfortable to wear and would my feet squish out of the sides?

from boden I do like the style of [[ but these but again they are black and the other colorways are not right.

New Look ones are nice.

katierocket · 23/04/2008 14:32

yes, there are aren't they, just worried about the practicality of them (old biddy emoticon)

Novicecamper · 23/04/2008 14:33

I agree- I couldn't wear those as I'd fall off them. I always need a strap on higher shoes - plus I have a horrible Victoria Beckham stylee bunion on one foot so anything too strappy is a no no.

katierocket · 23/04/2008 14:35

yes that's my worry. bugger.

Me too Katie.
I have just bought a Kurt Geiger pair (but couldn't get the pink pair I really wanted in my size, grr)
Jeez, there are some mingers out there.
Check out what Top Shop are selling. WTF??

As worn by menopausal Essex housewives

katierocket · 23/04/2008 14:40

they are gross moondog, TOPSHOP have lost it.
I just can't find the right ones, the kurt geiger ones are perfect but wrong colour - too tan, not enough brown.

policywonk · 23/04/2008 14:40

I've just ordered these - if you navigate back to the main 'shoes' page you'll see a picture of the brown version (qiute a dark tan, not light).

policywonk · 23/04/2008 14:41

Hmm actually mine are about the same colour as your first link so maybe not what you're looking for.

welshmum · 23/04/2008 14:44

those Top Shop shoes aren't meant for anyone who was a teenager in the 80's they're for teenagers now. We're not supposed to like them.

moondog · 23/04/2008 14:48

Irregular choice????? You don't say!

katierocket · 23/04/2008 14:48

policywonk, like those but I would prefer a heal that was all one colour.

welshmum - god you're right, I am SO old

moondog · 23/04/2008 14:51

katierocket · 23/04/2008 14:51

moondog, you're supposed be linking to stylish, brown wedges not comedy shoes.
