Not wearing a Bra - How much damage can it cause?

I never sleep in one and quite often in the morning get dressed without one, especially if I don't plan to go out.

I find them mightily irritating, and clothes never sit right when I have one on.

I am a 34C and have two breastfed children, and they don't seem too bad ,considering.

I only sleep in one when I am breastfeeding and my usual 32C breasts inflate somewhat.

In the summer I can happily go without one with strappy tops etc.

Mine have also breastfed two children and are a little deflated probably, but DH still likes them .

I don't think our breasts are suddenly going to suffer any damage.

I have never worn one either Devil and am a 38 C but my bosoms sit high and don't sag despite bf three children.
I prefer an old fashioned vest.

I have always worn a bra to bed, even pre dd, although judging by other people I am probably in the minority. I just don't feel comfortable hanging free! I am normally a 36D but am 34 weeks pg now and have been wearing a 38FF so now more necessary than ever. I am dreading my milk coming in and the size they will reach when I am breastfeeding. I don't think it will do much damage to go without a bra, it is just what you are comfortable with.
