Vest Tops with In Built Bra for Those with Big Norks

So I have torn my rotator cuff and awaiting shoulder surgery. I have v. limited movement and putting on a bra is now just impossible/agony. I dont know what to do though! Im a 32 GG, dress size 10, so small back with massive norks - I really cant go without anything as i feel very unsupported and uncomfortable. The usual vest tops with inbuild bras never work for me as the cups are too small. Does anyone have an ideas on what I can do so I don't look indecent? Or where I could get vest tops that would work for me????

Would a bra that does up at the front be better for you? I have sports bras from next which have a little front zip and come in proper back/cup sizing too rather than S, M, L.

I've never found a good built in vest/bra, the just give you a mono sausage boob. I'd imagine wrangling yourself into one with a injury would be uncomfortable as they tend to be tight too.

OMG - such a simple idea but genius. Never thought of front fastening. Duh! Feel dim now....off to shop. Thank you so so much.

The only vest tops with built in bra that work at that size are the Bravissimo ones, and that requires fastening it like a bra. I second the option of a front fastening bra if you can find one. or perhaps and over the head sports bra if that would work. But the sports bra would still give monoboob.

i nearly bought the bravissimo vest tops - but they are soooo exy! I didnt realise you still had to fasten it like a bra.

I second the bravissimo ones. They're fab.

But do you still have to do them up like a bra at the back???

Something like conturve ones maybe, they are supportive on me but do ride up - but I'm quite pear shaped though and all vest tops ride up

I had a frozen shoulder a couple of years back so, like you, couldn't cope with bras. I found some really nice vests at M&S that have built in support. I've never gone back to bras since, except for the occasional night out.
If I was to wear a bra I'd be in a 34H so similar size to you. I find a 14 in the vests is perfectly comfortable and I have loads of them.

Thats super helpful swiftyscakes. Did you have a link by any chance? There seems to be a lot there so dont know which ones to go for.
