Outfit for conference presentation!

I'm presenting at a big conference next month but none of my smart clothes fit any more!

It will be smart but not suit smart. I visited the same client today and wore a long sleeve patterned midi dress with boots and it was spot on. Looking for:

• a dress
• not sleeveless
• midi or maybe knee length but no shorter
• emphasises waist and skims over thighs!
• preferably patterned
• autumn colours, I love bold choices like mustard, rust, orange, red, teal..definitely no pastels

I like the shape of this from French Connection but not the colour. I think k the one I wore today might have been bias cut? It fell so it kind of came in again around the calves and was very flattering.

Budget up to £100 but happy to stretch that for a timeless dress. Bonus points if you can recommend accessories.

Any ideas?

Boden ones have arrived and I love this one (the other one was see through! Not what you want in an £80 dress). Now to find some chunky green heels and a cropped navy blazer!

Struggling to find some nice green shoes, did see some on amazon but not sure on the quality for £57, also next have a dark green pair (that I may have to order) but I don't know if if the colour will go with the dress.

These LK Bennett ones maybe. But £229! Or there are the light in the box ones but they might look naff I guess.

They both look really nice, I'd be tempted to order the light in the box ones to see what they are like and then order the LK Bennett ones of they are naff 😅 the shoes I've had feom LK are sooo comfy!
