Styling with 1 boob

Just like the title says I need advice on how to style myself following a mastectomy. A few months I had a mastectomy and I hate the fake boob, both the soft and the silicon one. Unfortunately, I was a 32GG so I look loop-sided and reconstruction is not on the cards for another 2 years until I’m out of the woods with my cancer.
I’m looking for ideas on how to, short of, hide the fact that one of my breasts is missing.
I’m also short, forced menopausal and size 12, so too wide tops make me look like a lampshade.
I managed to get an asymmetrical top from allsaints that tricks the eye but anything else?
I wfh so I don’t need work clothes, more like casual, go out for a meal and a drink things.
thank you MN lovely folks for your help.

I'm bumping for you. I don't have any suggestions, but I thought your asymmetrical idea was inspired! So on that note, could you drape a scarf in a creative way?

I'm a uniboober (never wear a foob) but am only a c cup which makes it a bit easier (but I'm 72 so remaining boob points down!) and I wear a nipple cover if it's really obvious. I get away with layers, a loose camisole top that's hipbone length and peeks out beneath a shorter boxy t-shirt and then either a slouchy cardi/soft jumper or a padded gilet - sometimes a knitted scarf dangles as well. That's the winter. In the summer, ditto but stop at the t-shirt, or a very busy patterned dress with a scoop neckline and a highish waist to cater for the medically-induced Buddha belly. Sometimes I'll wear a Primark crop top underneath if I think the neck will gape.
I'm 2yrs post mastectomy and am a lot more confident now about being noticed and I'm used to being lopsided.
Are you thinking of a recon or reduction on the other side? Good luck with whatever the future brings x
Edited to say....just seen recon x
