Tis a chiffony top with a vest underneath. And whilst it has some shape to it it is plain black.

Yes or No?

I do like wearing black and black as it is very simple.

But I always feel like I should be working as a hairdresser. Why do hairdressers only wear black?

You need decent accessories with black.

I'd say yes. Black's classy. Maybe with different coloured shoes (I've got leopard print mules I wear with all black). Or a different coloured bag?

poppypinkcheeks · 19/04/2008 22:16

I would. With bright accessories. Have you a coloured belt, scarf/long chunky necklace to break it up

saadia · 19/04/2008 22:16

sounds nice, with some jewelry and an interesting bag.

SlightlyMadSweet · 19/04/2008 22:20

Nope no interesting jewellery....I don't do going out.

My bag would be black as well. And I only have black shoes...

Its too dull isn't it?

Go for lots of mascara and red lipstick and vamp it up!

poppypinkcheeks · 19/04/2008 22:26

Bright lipstick/nailvarnish? (sorry, clutching at straws, I love my colour )

Black is classic though so I'm sure you'll look fab.

SlightlyMadSweet · 19/04/2008 22:26

I don't do mascara (I guess clear doesn't count)

I don't do bright lippy.

I am going to have to rethink. (Keep an eye out for my next thread )

At the least the top was only £5...bargain from Next!!!

I just don't dress up and go out.
