Love the lilac but its a bit summery

Was 26c in Madrid today more than I saw all summer.

Meanwhile at chez just asking I'm wearing a polo neck apres ski jumper decorated with reindeers and the log burner is glowing nicely.

I didn't clock the arms - my eyes were drawn to the orange ankles and I assumed it was a terrible tight choice but now I see she has been dipped in a vat of Hawaiian sunset. 🌅

And her hands are strangely pale - a sure sign of spray tan gone wrong!

I do like the cape/coat and I love Mary's hat.

We have a friend with a restaurant and one with an Airbnb. They dread the fake tanners. They leave orange arm marks on table linen in the restaurant and bad orange stains on clean white bedding. It's a bugger to wash out.
