Amalia has turned up, looking amazing too. I wonder if they've all been at a spa type retreat. Camilla swears by hers for rejuvenation.

a few photos of Charlene’s latest outings. Don’t like either of them. She could wear a bin bag and would look amazing, but both of these are a miss for me. Think it’s the brown!

And the Dutch ladies looking amazing. It’s tricky wearing full length day wear. Not sure any of their outfits work for the occasion. Max’s skirt looks a bit rigid. And I’m not sure why they are all carrying gloves (apart from max who is wearing one. And carrying the other) But they all look well turned out. I though for a minute that Amelia was wearing the diamond bandeau tiara, but closer inspection it’s just a hairband.

When Charlene was unwell/fed up she wore a lot of brown.

Alexia's dress is beautiful, really nice colour and style. I'm not keen on Amalia's with those sleeves. All three look so attractive, though. They're a nice looking family.

Amelia's dress is the same as the one fergie was wearing the other week. I like it but the darts across the bust are unfortunate.

Yes, that's what I thought about the bust darts, it's really bad when they do that, it's probably an expensive dress!

A closer up shot of Charlene. I quite like her knitted Loro Piana skirt and top - they certainly do some beautiful knitwear. I really like her hair waved and up like this - it softens her look.

They do lovely knitwear and it's a nice silhouette. Sweet picture with the pooch.

I see Sophie is on a working visit to Tanzania. She looks pretty if unremarkable. Her hair looks much more polished and professionally done - thankfully not a scrunchie in sight!

Alexia’s dress is a hand-me-down from Max!

They all look lovely - I like Max’s ice-blue (?) ensemble the least, actually as it’s such a bland colour for her.

I really like Charlene’s autumnal knits! The black dress is Etro - I think the placement of the print is fighting with her figure a bit?

Oh, and on the gloves thing - for European royals it appears to be the etiquette to shake hands with your bare hand, rather than a gloved hand. So the ladies remove the glove from their right hand when going through the official welcomes at the start of whatever formal event it is. They do the same in Denmark (and possibly elsewhere too, it’s just something I’ve noticed Mary doing).

Yes I noticed the dress was the same as Fergie's and the dart 'nipple'. Plus it looks windy outside and in the shot posted you can see the outline of her shapewear mid thigh. On another day it probably wouldn't have been noticeable at all.

I think Charlene's brown knitted outfit would have looked better with a scarf or something to lift the rather austere neckline

Yes I agree - I thought a necklace would have lifted it.

It is. If I'd paid £2k for a dress I'd expect better darting. Fergie did look fabulous though

I don’t think it’s just her shapewear. It looks as though she’s slimmed down quite a bit.

There is something a bit Star Trek about that style of Saffiyaa dress.

The pale blue is a bit subdued for Max but only she could get away with a giant shoulder bow!

I thought that she had slimmed down. I remember at her age putting on a girdle and going out for a meal. OMG the indigestion was so bad I went to the loos, struggled out of the damn thing, stuffing it into my handbag.

Never again!!

Was it the 24 hour girdle from Playtex beloved of my mother?
I can't stand shapewear either.

Can't recall but it was my mother's lacy thing 😁
