Great items of clothing you've not been able to replace

A few years ago I bought some rather unlike-me off-white crepe culottes on sale in Warehouse, wasn't sure if I'd get much use of them but they turned out to be super useful. They were cool in hot weather but covered my legs from blasting office air conditioning when it was hot outside. But they finally got stained last year and I haven't been able to find anything like them.

What really useful or beloved items haven't you been able to replace?

The Santorini shirt by Peruvian Connection. White, billowy, with detail and perfect. Wish I'd bought five - I wore it for years.

I had some awesome sandals from Topshop, bought just before DS was born - wide cross-over straps is super-soft beige leather, they were so comfortable straight away - no rubbing ever - and I wore them until the soles were worn out so sadly had to chuck them in a bin on my way home from holiday 6 years later! Never had any sandals quite as comfortable or as hard-wearing since

I had a fab soft black needlecord jacket back in the early 80s, from M&S. It got nicked in a pub, I can't even remember why I didn't try to replace it.
Years later I found the same style but in velvet rather than cord, in a charity shop, with the same St Michaels label, but the fabric was heavier, so was I, and it just wasn't perfect as its predecessor.
I also had a beautiful black jersey jacket with a zip front and fake fur collar and cuffs copied from a Biba jacket - that's gone, don't know where. I hardly wore it , just had it hanging on my door looking gorgeous.
