I didn't see who said it about everyone being snipey. I said 35-40 but it was influenced by other factors as outlined in my post. I look pretty hag like so it wasn't based on that.
People's views change based on lots of factors that we don't always realise we are doing.

All you should care about OP is that you look healthy, above average attractive and have lots to work with.

If people are irl saying they think you look older and it's bothering you alot then change your hair. Your hair looks good to me. I wouldn't bother personally.

People saying 40 are being deliberately disingenuous because they are jealous and there is a culture on Mumsnet of women wanting to tear each other down. Basically. So if anyone asks something like this, some women think they deserve an obnoxious response.

I'm 39. You look exactly your age. I was going to guess late 20s early 30s and was right.
For people who say you look 40, they obviously haven't met a person who is reaching 40. Lol. I have much more wrinkles than you and my skin is much more mature.

The trouble with these threads is that you will latch on to those who say older because that's confirming your critical voice.

Pictures aren't always very fair either, they're not the same as in the flesh.

Yes, this is true. I see people saying ‘Kate is not thin, she’s a healthy size 8 like me’. Which is great but Kate clearly hasn’t been a size 8 since her university years, if at all.

I guessed 28 from your first pics and then looked at your posts. From your second picture post I honestly would have gone a couple of years younger. I've not looked at other guesses but people often go high to be mean or just because they think it must be older/younger like it's a trick question.

If I had to guess I’d say 28-34 but it’s very hard to tell. You don’t age much between 25-35 so I find it hard to tell the difference - maybe more by mannerisms/how someone dresses but that’s not apparent from a photo.

You definitely look youthful, OP - so no need to worry. If you are 40+ (as some are guessing), you look very young on it. But 40 is still young too

I think you look your age, maybe 31, maybe 33, 34…? I guess with these posts ppl might be trying to wonder if you’re expecting people to be shocked by how young you look so they’ll overestimate your age, and then some people will be wondering if you are worried you look really old so will then underestimate your age 🤷🏻‍♀️ I find placing people’s ages quite hard after 25 tbh!
