Structured headbands, but soft/comfy!

Is there such a thing?! I mean the Kate Middleton type that are on a fixed band (used to be called an Alice band!) but don't cut off oxygen to your brain (I have quite a big head...)

I don't want the soft elasticated-fabric-all-round type, just for clarity. My ideal ones would be plainish fabrics, slightly padded/textured on top (maybe with a knot) but some kind of softer than usual stuff for the rigid band bit. Am I flogging a dead horse?...

Anthropologie? I got a nice one from there. Maybe Monsoon/Accessorize?

This type of thing?

I have a monsoon one which makes my head go numb its so uncomfortable. I have 2 Oliver bonas ones which are very comfortable and were £5 each in the sale- a black 50s bow and a sequinned one.And a current Other Stories black rumpled velvet one which is also comfy.Depends on headshape though.

Sort of, but softer/comfier! I don't know if they exist really but @Chrispackhamspoodle's suggestions might be worth a look - thanks both!

The reason I'm not keen on the elasticated ones is that I find they slide off my head eventually, so maybe I just need to go for the brain-numbing ones in order for them to stay in place...
