Facials...do you have them, if so how regularly and do they make a difference?

Thats it really! (I've just had one you see and am wondering about long term benefits, if any)

I've never had one in my life.

My skin is very acne prone, so I've never been tempted to try a facial in case it breaks me out even worse.

I have had many over the years, but have never found any that use products that suit my skin, so now I feel it's better to just use a good skincare regime at home!

Yes I have a Dermalogica facial every three to four weeks and have done for some time. Skin always looks and feels so much better afterwards so I think it's definitely worth it.

Mind you, depends on the therapist as well. Can't stand those places where they slap the mask out then sneak out the room for ages to let you "relax".

I'm completely satisfied with the home regime I do since some time. I use the tips from the book Looking Great in 21 days with advice for all skin types. There are just a few easy steps to take. 4 simple facial exercises to keep the face in shape, a few easy facial massages and if you want a very good food program for 21 days. But that's not even necessary. I follow this program for a month now and my skin looks wonderful. I found it on www.lookinggreat.tv The author is also giving tips for greasy acne prone skin.

Thanks. My skin seems to have got worse since the facial on Saturday...is this normal?
