Help to find lovely tiered trousers

saw these fabulous plain bright green tiered cotton wide legged trousers on a Mum attending a college presentation.

They may be too expensive for me to buy, but I’ve looked on line and can’t find any like them

They aren’t the flowered ones I’ve seen in Monsoon, but similar-ish and plain green.

They looked like the tiers you get on longer skirts, but were wide legged trousers

The Mum in question looked stylish, and although I couldn’t do that, I’d love the trousers

Any help tracking them down, appreciated

Lol. This. From the pictures posted these are another example of something that would look good on very thin people with narrow hips/small bums and almost no one else.

Do tiers work on anyone, really? I'm sure I watched a show about clothing quality, and tiers basically came about to save manufacturers money. They're easier to make or they save material costs compared to larger continuous pieces of fabric, or something like that. Makes sense as most items are not improved by the presence of tiers imo.

Think I'll pass on the rah-rah trousers. I'm at least 8 inches too short and 7 skin shades too light to look anything other than like I'm cosplaying Just Back from my Gap Year and ready to start as a Junior Charity Executive in October.

Just want to say I bought the apricot tiered trousers on the back of this thread ..: they’re an absolute winner and every time I wear them people ask me where to get a pair! I’m average height and size 12 you definitely don’t have to be skinny to wear them well, recommend - and thanks 🎉🎉
