anyone found a great shampoo for greasy roots and dry ends??????

Herbal essences do one called greasy roots and dry ends - think it's in a blue bottle - and a conditioner.
I tried it and loved it but to be honest i found that i couldn't use it all the time but when i needed it very few weeks.

I was always told that you are supposed to shampoo your roots / scalp and you condition your ends of hair. does that help at all?
