Is this too casual?

I’m off to a party on Saturday. Friend has hired a room in a bar in the city from mid afternoon.

I don’t own any nice dresses so was just thinking of wearing something like the attached image? I have a lovely camel blazer I could wear.

Is this too casual though?

Casual clothes are fine - but I would always want to wear one extra special thing (maybe a piece of jewellery) to a party; otherwise I wouldn’t get the adrenaline rush of being ‘dressed’.

And it would definitely merit my most expensive / celebratory perfume.
