Dress suggestions for 30C humid heat

Going on holiday to Asia in a couple weeks. The weather will be a consistent 30C with high humidity. I'll be travelling and walking around a lot, so not looking for a 'showy resort hotel' type dress.

I'm in search of some suitable dresses, but not sure what would be best in the heat?

I'm a 5'4 hourglass. Size 8, but with very flabby arms and legs due to significant weight loss. Tie waist / or something that highlights the waist is preferable

No spaghetti straps or cap sleeves. But I do prefer a short or 3/4 length sleeve, although not sure if I'll end up suffering in the heat with that. Something light and airy.

I'd prefer a dress that falls just below the knee of longer. Lighter pastel colours work best on me (no bright bold colours like red, oranges, green, etc).

No shorts.

Budget up to £150

Suggestions please!

Strange I'm 5 ft 8 and it looks long? Fits great.

Haha strange and perhaps the classic inconsistent sizing, or maybe my concept of a dress being midi length is different since I’m probably so much more used to things being that bit longer compared to taller people… 🤔

I travel a great deal ( working at sea) & spend a lot of yime in high heat & humidity. I burn easily & prefer cooler temperatures.
I always cover up, liog sleeved blouse & loose trousers. I like Seasalt"s Larissa blouses, cotton, very light & airy, wash & dries overnight, no ironing. For trousers, I choose Rohan.
Everyone thinks I'm crazy wesring long.
On a visit to one particularly hot & steamy island, I was aware of stares. I was the only person covered up.
On the way back, I got unexpected apologies, people said, We were laughing at you. Turns out you were the best dressed of us all. No burns, no insect bites & cooler.
Can deal with what I call bum-hanger bogs quite ok in my get-up.
Actually most places have proper loos, especially if you can nip into a hotel or restaurant for a drink or snack.
The most important points are loose fitting comfort, what ever you choose.
Have a wonderful trip!
