Nail polish for toes

I cba with mani/pedi so paint my own toenails for summer/Sandle wearing. What are good colours for this year? I feel like I want a coral type colour but also trying to "update" my aging self 🤣

No Revlon nail polish in my local boots!

I have bright orange (almost a neon) on my toes at the moment. I always go really bright for my toes although rarely does anyone see them, it’s just cheerful when I’m getting in and out of the shower to detract attention from my wobbly belly 😂

@TheChosenTwo 🤣 I don't mind brights on toes but never can cope with it on my fingers.

Bright red looks terrible against my skin tone, trendy or not. As would white.

Is matching fingers and toes a definite no ?. Should they coordinate in any way

I wear Essie Fifth Avenue in summer which is a reddish orange.

I'm planning on doing mine Essie Gel Couture Woven at Heart. It's a neutral coral red, which goes with anything.
It's sold as a long-lasting, gel-look polish and I tried it on my fingernails a few weeks back. It went 10 days before the first chips appeared, despite gardening, cooking, washing up etc so I'm sold!
It's not cheap though. Around €13 a bottle plus you need the top coat.
I've bought a translucent pink, and an opaque white so i can try a French manicure at the weekend.

I always do my big toe black with multi coloured glitter and my other 4 alternating red rimmel double decker and green ised to use barry m jungle green, but that doesn't exist anymore so now I use opi on a sushi roll. I love it.

@Ilikegherkins I was pondering that earlier. I rarely do my fingernails tbh but like the look of the watermelon.

My fingernails look ridiculous with colour polish, so it’s toes only for me.

I would love to have toenails to paint but due to horsey incidents back in my teens (never wear flip flops around horses) my nails look like crap.
