Super super gentle face wash recommendations?

I've been suffering with really bad skin recently and ran out of my Acnecide cream so decided to buy more along with the face wash. Well after a few uses I've taken an awful reaction to the face wash. My face is on fire, swollen and rough as anything. I've stopped using it and I'm slathering on a really hydrating face cream but I still need something to wash my face. I usually use salicylic acid but there's no chance I'm trying that with my skin as sore as it is.
Does anyone have any recommendations that ideally won't break me out as despite the sore face, my skin has cleared up beautifully spot wise!

I use Australian Bodycare tea tree facial wash.

I have very sensitive skin (rosacea) and use the Ordinary glycoside foaming cleanser. It claims to be gentle enough to use on baby’s skin. IDK about that but it’s great on my skin, where CeraVe left it feeling sticky.

Dermalogica cleansing gel has been great for my dd who has incredibly sensitive and allergy prone skin, but it is stupidly expensive

Dermalogica!!! Pop along to a shop and get advice from one of their consultants. It’s a shag not to just go online but they really know their stuff and will do a skin analysis by eye and on a machine.

As others have said: Moo Goo, in particular 'milk wash' is brilliant for this purpose. The whole range of Moo Goo is brilliant and I use their 'full cream moisturiser' on my face with added facial oil. Fantastic with a very light vanilla scent.

This for me for a freshen up in the morning. It has glycerine and avocado oil. My two young dds use it especially after swimming and it doesn't dry their skin at all.

Tropic unscented cleanser, or Gallinee perfume-free cleansing bar (which is suitable for use all over). I too have reacted to cerave and la roche posay. I haven't tried Avene face cleanser but have a lovely shower oil that I have never reacted too, and I'm fine with their suncream as well.

Curel or la Roche posay tolerance range are great for very sensitive skin.

I use the Aveeno gentle oat cleanser and it’s been fine for my sensitive skin!
