Help my glow up!

I’m mid 30s mum and teacher, I had my kids and then went through a really stressful work situation that lead to a crisis in confidence and lots of comfort eating. I gained a lot of weight and feel like I’ve lost myself big time. I also have an undiagnosed health issue that causes me to be tired and dizzy, drs don’t have a reason and I’m waiting for some referrals that may be years away. I could pay privately but I couldn’t afford to see all the specialist and I’ve no idea which one to go for.

I’ve recently lost 2.5 stone, but probably need to lose 5 more just to be healthy. At the start size 22 jeans didn’t fit but I’m now comfortably into an 18. (I am taking mounjaro but not looking for opinions on this as I have discussed it with my dr)

Im not buying too much clothes wise as I’m still loosing weight and can’t afford to replace it all each time.

I’ve just bought gradual tanner and booked to have my hair done in a few weeks.
I’m visiting a local gym next week, but as I live rural in the north there’s not much choice and it’s very expensive.

What else do I need to do to glow up? Any simple changes that would make me look more put together or polished?

Thanks!

Look at your skin care and your nails.

Hair, eyebrows, skin and nails and get outside walking :)

Hair, your face shape will be changing with the weightloss so have a consultation prior to discuss possible restyle and colour ( if you colour )

Nothing lifts the face more then groomed eyebrows.

Start some sort of skin care regime. It doesnt have to be expensive, you can get good results from budget lines ( Im as rural as you get so rely on supermarket and avon )

Hand care, hand cream, cuticle oil, manicure - I do my own nails, been a life long thing. Started with just using rimmel nail polishes and now can do my own gels. Its a bit of pamper time

But seriously, get outside in the fresh air and walk. Walk every day, dont worry about the weather, get out and walk. It gives you you time, time to think and process, gets you healthier without a lot of effort, puts a glow to the skin

I started my glow up last April, 2 stone down and I just completed a 26 mile hike and although my legs are killing me, the glow is bursting out of me
