Moroccan Oil products are brilliant.

My hair has gotten super dry and frizzy since menopause.
I use Superdrug avocado oil conditioning spray....I have to really drench it though to keep my hair from frizzing out!

Is it curly? Can you post a pic with your face blanked out as that will help in terms of knowing what kind of hair you have.

Marking for myself. I leave coconut oil on overnight and it helps with frizziness but I also need something for dry hair.

It's hard to give general advice because everyone is different but it's worth looking into whether your hair needs protein or moisture (or both). My frizz reacts better to protein.
Depending on your hair type, it's worth considering that some curly hair converts say frizz is just a curl trying to get out! I spent years battling my frizz trying to achieve straight hair before discovering that with different products I could have frizz-free curls.

I have tried curly girl method many times but it doesn't suit me. I do co-wash once a week and use a microfiber towel.

Motherwort and horsetail hair tincture. A few drops in the bath.

Thanks guys so far! I'm a swimmer and so have to wash, probably overwash lots of times. used to go to a Trichologist for this problem as his shampoo was brilliant but he retired unfortunately.. very difficult to know which products to try🤔..love for all frizzies out there!😘

I agree with @Lentilweaver coconut oil is great. I use it on my curly, fluffy, frizzy hair. For me it works well to use a tiny bit on the lengths and ends of wet hair, straight after washing and conditioning, this makes the curls soft and defined. I also sometimes use a tiny amount when my hair has dried to smooth everything over, avoiding the roots.
