Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister trouser sizes

I was thinking I might try them as they offer short length and mid-rise, low-rise options that most retailers don't. Even the ones that offer 'short', the ration waist/crotch hasn't been adjusted (M&S I am looking at you).

I know they have a size chart table on their websites but I still find it confusing. If I am a pretty standard UK size 10 in trousers, what sizes should I be aiming for?

I find their size charts pretty accurate. I measure 27" round my waist and size 27 trousers fit me best in both Abercrombie and Hollister. I wear longer length and don't find it very long!

8-10. I'd probably get jeans in a 10 in most brands.
