Hi everyone,

Just wondering what you thought of these jackets for a 2 year old little boy. Do you like them? If so, which one would you go for?

Thank you

I don't like either, but if you like them for your little boy, why do you need anyone else's opinion?

Singleandproud · 03/06/2024 20:53

I probably wouldn't buy either, not particularly park friendly and Tweedy one doesn't look too comfortable for a two year old etc andits about to get warm so wouldn't buy.

Although if you like them and they are in your price range go for it and don't worry about others opinions.

Eminybob · 03/06/2024 20:54

Well they are very different to each other and neither are typical 2 year old attire. Is it for a specific event?

toastedcrumpetsrock · 03/06/2024 21:23

I like them both - particularly the biker style one

JustGotToKeepOnKeepingOn · 03/06/2024 21:59

I don't like either of them. They're both mini versions of what a grown man would wear so seem an odd choice for a 2 year old, I prefer to see 2 year olds in clothes they can play in comfortably.

eurochick · 03/06/2024 22:02

I don't like either of them for a two year old. Neither looks practical or comfortable.

Shirtdress · 03/06/2024 22:04

On a toddler? Hideous!

worcesterpear · 03/06/2024 22:05

I don't like either of them either, I think a 2 year old should be in something comfortable looking and soft. If I had to choose one, I would go for the suit jacket.

Durdledore · 03/06/2024 22:06

😂 neither

Wizardcalledoz · 03/06/2024 22:06

For an event, the blazer style. Maybe the biker style for a different type of event, not sure what though.

mybeautifulhorse · 03/06/2024 22:06

For what event? They are very different styles and yet both equally horrible in my opinion.

You'd be better putting a toddler in something waterproof with a hood from the likes of mountain warehouse or decathlon (presuming you're based in the UK).

InTheRainOnATrain · 03/06/2024 22:06

They both look like fancy dress. Victorian child and race car driver. A 2YO should have comfy jumper that they can play comfortably in.

LiterallyOnFire · 03/06/2024 22:08

They're for two completely different settings. One is smart and the other is casual. Neither are my taste but it doesn't matter. Choose what you like that is appropriate for the activity.

Marblessolveeverything · 03/06/2024 22:10

They don't look very practical or comfortable. How in earth can a two year old play in something like them. Not a fan of mini adult clothing on toddlers.

They need to be able to run around and play.

Elisabeth3468 · 03/06/2024 22:13

No definitely not. Maybe for a 60 year old bloke called Dave but wouldn't put my toddler in these

LetticeSlay · 03/06/2024 22:19

I agree that they are like clothes for a man not a two year old. I don't like either of them.

Copperoliverbear · 03/06/2024 22:49

Not a toddler no especially the second one awful.

polkadotpixie · 04/06/2024 07:13

I like the blazer with jeans and a shirt for a wedding but not every day wear. The biker jacket is a definite no

TwigTheWonderKid · 04/06/2024 09:41

Nope. And not sure why a 2 year old would need either of them.

For a British summer for a toddler I'd be buying a cute hooded waterproof jacket.

Revelatio · 04/06/2024 09:43

Neither are my taste, but he’s two so probably won’t really care. They don’t look particularly comfortable though, is it for a dressing up day?

Favouritefruits · 04/06/2024 09:46

Neither for a two year old, little ones need soft fabric and comfortable attire!

OatFlatWhiteForMe · 04/06/2024 09:47

I’m not a fan of either.

SnapdragonToadflax · 04/06/2024 09:49

Neither. Two year olds need comfy, soft clothes. They are not mini adults.

Knittedfairies2 · 04/06/2024 09:50

I'm not keen on either, but if I had to pick one it would be whichever could be machine-washed.

MissSookieStackhouse · 04/06/2024 10:00

Neither, I originally I saw the photos and misread the title as ‘…for a 12 year old…’ which would be more in keeping with the styles. Now I see it’s for a 2 year old, I wouldn’t buy either!
