Are you buying M and S summer beauty bag?

I have ordered it along with my wardrobe staple of boat neck/ mid sleeve t shirts as I really liked it last year. I realised after I ordered that I’ve still got quite a few of the products left from the Christmas box. Clinique moisture surge, verbena body wash.Didn’t get on with pixie lip stuff etc. Disappointed it’s so samey, also doesn’t seem as good value wise, anyone else?

I'm going to get it. I need some new black jeans and a bra so will head to Bluewater in the week and pick it up there. The majority of products (L'Occitane, This Works, Clinique) are those that I buy regularly anyway, and I'm looking forward to trying the Ultrasun and the fragrance.

I’m thinking to get it for the first time.
I used to be Glossybox/ birchbox subscriber so I am a sucker for this, though stopped them beauty boxes many years ago as they were all samey in the end..not many around now anyway so I may get this one. I like a cardigan there for £40 so it will work out.

Hmm I think I'm over beauty bags/boxes. I'd rather spend the ££ on one or two things I really want. I totally got the attraction in the past though. Bit if a waste really.

I'm tempted, I didn't get the advent calander, haven't had a beauty box from M&S for a couple of years so there's nothing in there I have. I'm not interested in the fragrances really, last time I got a box I convinced myself because dd wanted some of the bits, not the case on this though. Are the moisturisers good? because i am in the market for a decent day and night moisuriser... it is also my birthday next week, so maybe a cheeky pressie to myself?

I’m not sure of what’s logical about having to spend £35 on something then a further £30 to get the beauty box when probably what I would actually use wouldn’t amount to £65.
I suspect it’s me…..

Also I'm getting 'Latest in Beauty' emails, there current box is about the same price, am I going to get stung for a monthly subsription if I order one of those (sorry off topic)? They look really good value, but I'm thinking there must be a catch. .

@DaffydownClock definitely only worth it if you want the £35 of whatever else you buy to qualify. In past times I always had school uniform to get, but not this year, so that might stop me, DC1 about to finish and DC2 not really grown recently..

I can always do with new knickers 🤣

I find the Clinique daytime one too light. Also no spf. The night times ones are both nice though.

Definitely not. My MIL buys me the advent calendar every year, so I have years worth of stuff I don't and will never use. I only look for new products when I'm unhappy with what I already use, so these are wasted on me.

I've given up. With all the faffing trying to pay the pyjamas I wanted went out of stock and now it won't add my Sparks discount. The whole website feels unsafe.

Got it today and I think it's great! I will use all of the products and the two scents are really lovely and summery. Definitely worth the £30 for me and what I like and use.

I’m still waiting on mine. I ordered the first day and the clothes have come but not the bag.

There’s a lot (too many?) of moisturisers in the bag, but both perfumes I like and the legs moisturiser is a great surprise and smells amazing. Like the bag too and will be useful for holidays. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase and feel it worth the £30 investment

What are the perfumes like please?

the perfumes are both very summery. The floral street one is very ozone-y if that helps (I would look it up in fragrantica for a better description than this, but this is what immediately strikes me) and the M&S one is a good holiday fragrance - strong jasmine notes.

I've got verbena body wash coming out of my eyeballs.

Ive got handcreams coming out of my eyeballs but Ive still ordered the thing. I say I wont fall for stuff like this and then I do.

I sent back some trousers I had just bought and re ordered them to qualify.

Ive spent quite a lot in there recently and I'll be buggered if Im missing out because of the timing.

Had the advent calendar so said I definitely wouldn't order it, then ordered it 😣. I need more willpower.

Mines arrived today as expected a bit samey but the sunrise perfume is nice much better than the shay and blue offering.
