Just that really. Tell me the things you do for yourself that make you feel good. TIA.

For a big spend . . . a microneedling facial - my skin instantly feels more toned and glowy and the effects build over the next six weeks till the next one!

For next to nothing - slathering on some Palmers Cocoa Butter moisturiser after a long soak in a hot bath .... putting back all that moisture and suppleness back into your skin, and smelling heavenly to boot

Fresh flowers

Does a microneedling facial hurt @Lobelia123 ?
I've been thinking about tweakments but haven't taken the plunge yet.

Great thread. Nice shower gel. Few glossy mags. Sometimes a walk with the dog as you get away from phones etc.

A good night's sleep!
A pedicure
Freshly washed hair.

It used to be swimming in the sea for me but I’ve been put off by the amount of sewage being dumped! 😢
A pedicure with foot & lower leg massage
Spa Day on my own ( currently trying to get one organised & can hardly wait!)
Getting my hair coloured & blow dried
Hopefully getting out of leggings & wearing some smarter clothes now I’ve lost weight
Trying new make up ( recently bought a concealer & ocean blue nail varnish from Avon, plus foundation & cream blush from Phoera)
Having my eyebrows tinted
Hot stone massage
Using my foot spa
Comfortable shoes!

Hi Otter :)

I dont find it so - but its not one of those relaxing massage type facials...its a treatment facial so the exfoliation, the running of the dermal rollers etc are not soothing as such .... but no I dont think its painful either. And it really does work to jumpstart your collagen again!

What used to work for me was a haircut, new Mac lipstick and going out with my friends all dressed up.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who responded. I've booked a hairdressers appointment for the weekend. I've got a couple of new books that sound good from the blurb and I'm picking up a few other things that have been suggested over the next week.
Feeling a bit more positive already 😊

@saveusername111 & @Bloom15 please can I ask which fake tan you both use? I've never used it (& I'm scared by it!) but could really do with a hint of colour as I'm do pale!! Thanks.
