I’m so jealous of a New Orleans wedding. The dress is beautiful and very modest more than I thought she’d go for. I’m in ff to find more pics

If she likes it then that's fair enough. I think it's hideous. The headdress looks like it's been stolen from the back of her grans armchair.

I don't like it either. There is ' modest' and there's ' Amish bride'. Too much material, an 80's ra ra skirt. Don't like it at all, but she does I presume.

I don't actually think there's any artistry in that wedding dress (other than the skills of the lace workers, obvs). It's not flamboyant or fantastical or deliberately over the top, it's just... An overexcited toddler who's been let loose in the fabric scraps bin.

The sleeves are the only thing I like about her entire wedding outfit / styling. Her hair looks amazing too but the rest of the dress and veil are not my taste at all.

I think it would have looked better with a straight bottom half rather than 3 tiers which I don't like at all. However the main thing is that Christina loved it and that's all that matters.

I don't like the dress from the evening before either. It looks like wallpaper my Grandma used to have in the 70s. Christina looks beautiful but I think her taste in clothes is very different to mine.

Love the 20s veil but, like others, I don't think the tiered skirt works with it. It isn't 20s and it is very unflattering to her figure. Without the tiers the dress would be lovely.

I do find it odd when women in their 50s, on second marriages, try to look coy and virginal on their wedding day. That second photo with the coy looking away from the camera. I find it so weird

Such a high neckline is a mistake on someone with huge boobs. It just gives this great big expanse of lace. Which can look in my opinion...look away if you're offended by the word frumpy...frumpy.

Same. The whole top half, including the veil and her hair, are perfect for the gothic vibe of New Orleans. A simple silk skirt, or a straight lace one, would have complemented the top much better.

But she looks happy in it, and that's what matters.

not nice. Miss Havisham/toilet roll holder/everything others have said. But in the first wedding photo no-one looks nice. Still, she loved it, and that's what matters, and hope this one works out well.

She is a beautiful woman, this isn't the dress I'd have picked were I her but if it makes her feel good I guess that's all that matters

Good grief. It is awful. Sorry but I really dislike the dress. It does nothing for her.
