Fat Face/White Stuff for short arses? Yes or no?

I tried to jump on the end of the other Fat Face thread but it crashed and burned.

So my question is this..... how long are the Fat Face and White Stuff tops/sleeves/skirts (trousers already look too long)? Are they any good for a 5 feet nothing like myself?

Can anyone help?

Tops are v. short on me. I'm 5 11. Not especially long-bodied though, so I think they are short, rather than just short on me IYSWIM.

I just bought two tops (am 5'3) and love them

the skirt I didn't like, length was maybe an issue, but more to do with the way it hung

you get free returns so just order a load of stuff and send it back if it is too long

I had no problem with the tops at all

haven't bought anything from fat face in years (because of the colours, not my height)

Thanks for the responses. Saw a couple of things in their current sales but didn't know about free returns from White Stuff. Interesting....

I'm not generally a bright coloured fan. However, having got "my colours done" recently I'm going to give it a bash - hence buying sale clothes in case I bottle it and run back to my black/grey/white safety uniform.

I have a white stuff skirt from a couple of years ago knee length its fab, I am 164cm tall. I was in there the other day they have some really lovely skirts, but they are all calf length on me so not as flattering, I was really disapointed

Ugh I just looked awful, I think its probably my shape. May look better on others though. I was so upset, cos I really liked the pattern.

what is your shape ( becoming slightly obessed with white stuff website and not knowing what length skirt is in fashion emotion) !

i am pg and will not be any longer at start of july WHY?? i am obsessing about what i will wear then lord knows as what i do know is i will resmble the rear view of an autobus

I an 5 foot and manage okay with skirts and tops from Fat Face and White Stuff. The trousers are way too long though.

MPY, calf length is very non flattering on a short person, it looks wrong, well it does on me and I'm 5ft2. I am short of body and long of leg and it makes me look frumpy.

Agree re calf length. It's not good on me either.I notice they say their skirts are 25cm from waist to hem so am tempted to get out hte tape measure and try...

Kew eh? Never heard of it. Am I a twit?
