Shoes / Trainers / Flip Flops for Plantar Fasciitis

Hi there,

I have plantar fasciitis and need to wear supportive shoes all the time for the moment.

I have been wearing my old running runners for the last week since my physio appointment, but need:

Something for around the house ie flip flops
Something casual ie trainers
Something I can wear to work with dresses and trousers (shoes or smart trainers).

Any advice great appreciated :-)

Thank you.

Me and my friends who were PF sufferers (now recovered) have various footwear we recommend. One friend swears by Fitflops for all her footwear but now likes Dunlop espadrille sandals/shoes. Another likes Clarks. I like Nike AF1 and Nike 327.

Another friend swears by these and we all have them, wore them on a girls shirt break to Lisbon after Covid:-

it’s the wedge which helps.

Just saw you wanted PF footwear for now. All I wore were Birkies, Jeva walking trainers, vionic wedge mule slippers and had insole made and bought one from podiatrist.

To be honest I did all the exercises, bought everything for it and thought I was stuck with the pain forever but one day it suddenly went! You do have to rethink your footwear though.
