I have been using revolution face cream during the day and rosehip oil at night, but I have noticed my skin is actually really dry! Wrinkles and creases are more obvious. Help what can I use? I've never had dry skin before 😭

Try wearing a tinted moisturiser to give your face a bit of glow. Cream blush and highlighter, lip gloss - juice everything up. You’ll feel better and stop focussing on the negatives.

The best hydrating cream for the face is suncream. I kid you not. I literally wear suncream SPF50 every day.

Try slugging. Get something high in hyaluronic acid (I use Vichy) and plaster an occlusive (I use LRP cicaplast baume) overnight.

I love the Aldi Caviar cream and use the ordinary pure squalene serum after.

I first started noticing crepiness at 38. Here are my tips - hope they help!

  • I switched my cleanser to Cerave Hydrating cleanser
  • If I use micellar water, I wash it off immediately (as I think that this may cause dryness).
  • If using retinol at night, I put a layer of moisturiser on top (in the colder months La Roche Posay toleriane sensitive cream and in the warmer months Byoma gel moisturiser).
  • I upped my water intake.
