Wrinkly & Crinkly - is there hope?

I have name changed for this, but have been here for years.
Recently I lost 23 kilos while waiting for surgery. I've gone down from over 12 stone to just over 9 stone.
However, as my user name suggests, I am no spring chicken, and the weight loss - which was combined with a very sedentary time both before and after surgery - has left me with horrible crinkly, withered, saggy skin on my arms, legs, stomach, and bust (what's left of it), also my arse disappeared, leaving two tragic, saggy wee buttocks.
My question is - what on earth can I do about this? Exercise? Creams? Thanks for any help, advice and suggestions.

The answer is nothing- you can bulk muscle (eg gluts to give you bottom better fullness)/become lean rather than skinny but harder post-menopause

But

What you have done will make you healthier and have huge benefits and you will look so much better in clothes

@GlitteringUnicorn thanks for replying. I think I will first of all try and get fitter, and then see about what a gym can do for building muscle. Bye bye bikinis! But yes, I do look lots better in clothes, but unfortunately just like Zelda from Terrahawks without them.

I have found Palmer's Cocoa Butter body lotions can help with all sorts of skin problems. I had really bad burns that needed dressing from the doctor every few days, and once they healed, my belly looked like a dalmation with discoloured blotches. I put on the cocoa butter lotion every day for a few months and the discoloration that I thought was for life now just vanished. I also think avocado oil, which I got at the supermarket, is helping my forearms look better.

It's nice to oil/lotion up your body every day anyway, but I would give it a try.

Also, just do buttock clenches when you're standing around bored, that helps.

Well done on your weight loss OP. Exercise will help, as well as keeping hydrated, moisturising regularly and body brushing to increase circulation.

Also, give it some time and I'm sure it will improve - I had breast implants for a few years when I was younger, and eventually had them removed. After getting them out my breasts looked so flat and the skin looked very loose it was awful. But eventually they did perk up a bit and the skin firmed up by itself. They're never going to be as perky as if I had never had implants, but they are so much better than they were at first, so your body will readjust a bit it will take some time though.

Thanks everyone, I'm taking notes of all the advice. I am a bit lax when it comes to body brushing and moisturising (though I have an extended facial skincare routine), so I am going to start doing that every day. Maybe all is not lost. Thanks all.

You could try collagen peptides. The jury's still out on whether it works or not (it seems to for some people) and there's very limited clinical evidence but maybe worth a try.
