I need an outfit - Please help?

I'm really rubbish with clothes and I need a fairly cheap outfit (no more than £50) that I can wear to a big family party and also my brothers wedding (dd is being bridesmaid so I want to look fairly nice too)

I'm a size 14 (I think, am currently wearing baggy size 16's because i'm on a weightloss mission)

I'm 26, I've got brown hair, I'm 5ft 3" legs and arms not bad but could probably do with something on my arms as I get cold easily!

I know its linen and would crumple but what about the style? with a little sparkle cardi over the top?

hummmmm that is nice actually, any ideas for colourful/ nice accessories? Blacks a bit dull for a wedding but I have to think what I am likely to actually wear and as I'm not skinny I tend to stick to black.

I think some long earrings would look nice, as the sleeves are quite detailed a necklace might be a bit fussy. Let me look for some more...
