I’m over my winter wardrobe now

Please bring the spring.

This is just a moan. I love all my clothes, but my god I am bored of jumpers. I have a wardrobe full of lovely spring summer midi and maxi dresses but the weather just isn’t good enough to wear them. I know I could compromise and layer jackets etc but I want to waft about in an oversized linen shirt not an effing rain poncho.

I want to wear sandals

I’m so desperate I have started messing around with fake tan on my legs.

First sign of a dry day and a temperature that starts with a 2 I’ll be out in a dress, sandals and a raffia handbag… keep an eye out for me. 😎

I feel like a fat white hairy slug I've been covered up so long. I really need to buy some fake tan, take a lawnmower to my legs otherwise I'm going to be caught out. My friends mum has a villa in the canaries. Two months there. She's a gorgeous colour all over 😭 but complaining now. That there's no-one to see it. I did glimpse a lovely tanned ankle.

I ventured out with a bare ankle yesterday (well, 2 bare ankles) crops, silk shirt with a tank top over, dipping my toe into spring - was a bit chilly tho.

Today was so hideous earlier I'm back in opaques and boots.

Really cannot wait for warmer weather for more than 5 minutes.

Same here. Just shoved on my winter coat to head out for drinks and tired of wearing jumper out I have layered though with a collared blouse underneath which feels a bit smarter. Tired of flat boots... have a good poke around spring and summer capsule wardrobe on Pin earlier which perked me up. I might drag out capsule items I already have - tan Mac, striped too - and then make a list of some other things to buy

So glad it’s not just me that feels like this.

If we all start dressing for spring will we somehow summon some good weather?

I wish it would sort itself out! I did the 20 minute walk to the shop earlier. It was windy and raining as I departed so was in coat and boots. The sun appeared as I got to the shop. Boiling hot walk home carrying my coat and shopping with unbearably hot feet.
Arrived home and stripped off down to undies until I cooled off! 🥵

Today I've ranged from waterproof coat, to t-shirt to long sleeve top and I'm back to coat for tonight.

Supposed to be warm tomorrow.

I just messed around in our bedroom trying on outfits for an upcoming (in 6 weeks' time) warm trip. I literally cannot WAIT to wear lighter, more interesting, more shapely clothes.
I had a professional fake tan the other day - just for a little morale boost for myself, and I've given myself a pedicure🤷🏼‍♀️

Same! Just spent the week on holiday (SW coast) and all pics of me are in my big chunky winter coat! So, so sick of the cold, wet weather!

It's just getting the body out that bothers me!

No I hate spring/summer clothes I look 100% better in winter . I’m slim size 8-10 and I look great in winter clothes . But I have awful cellulite and bad skin so I can’t hide it in summer like I can in autumn/winter 😭
