I'm not sure if such a thing exists but I'm looking for a fragrance free (or very, very mild scent at a push) facial moisturiser that contains SPF20 or higher, and is suitable for skin aged 45 & over (I'm about to turn 45).
I can either find fragrance free but no SPF, or highly fragranced (which irritate my eyes and trigger migraines).

I've recently been using Olay
Total Effects moisturiser and serum duo (very mild scent) which I do like but it's pilling on my skin.

Ideally I want a moisturiser with an SPF included as my skin can't tolerate me adding a separate sun cream, it causes horrendous break outs regardless of what brand I'm using.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

I'm a year younger than you and also wanted exactly the same thing.
I saw an aesthetician who created me a skin plan based on the fact I suffer outbreaks and want simplicity. On her recommendation I bought PCA weightless Broad spectrum cream and I find it to be really moisturising, not pore clogging and effective at its job.
I'll never bother with another facial sun screen to be honest, it's great for my dry but congested skin.
In the evenings before bed I use the classic Clinique DD moiusturiser. It seems to be the only think that doesn't break me out.
Also.... Alpha-Ret. Great stuff.

I am religious about sunscreen (Irish redhead heritage) and the best I've found by far is Biore watery sunscreen via Amazon. It's only about £12 and most of the time I don't bother with any other skincare because it's so good. If you're using a combination product you're really not getting enough sunblock to be effective. If I remember, I put a light serum on first although I mostly forget. But I do make up for it in the evening with a fancy product.

I have super sensitive skin & type two rosacea & use the Avene range. No nasty chemicals or parabens in their products. You may do better with the likes of a mineral sunscreen. I use green people SPF30 but also this is a lovely one it’s a moisturiser with SPF30 in

I swear by Clinique. Older than you and have very sensitive skin. Can order on-line and normally get some freebies with it.

I am little bit older than you and have some sun damage from over exposure when younger and find the products from Altruist really good. Developed by a British dermatologist with a particular interest in prevention of sun damage, very affordable (but still a small percentage of profits is donated to a charity) and an effective no-nonsense formula: https://altruistsun.com/shop/

La Roche Posay Anthelios Age Correct is a bit dearer but also a product I rate as both moisturiser and sun protection:

I also use Altruist and think their products are excellent and not expensive.

Thank you all so, so much for all the fantastic recommendations.
I'm off to have a good look at all your suggestions and will have hopefully found the perfect match by the time the sun makes an appearance!
