Go to the salon and have it done professionally. Have an eyebrow tidy too and you will be transformed I promise

i already go to the salon to have it done but i have tinted my eyelashes at home before and wondered if there was such thing as a home perming kit. i guess not.

You are talking about perming chemicals being used in very close proximity to the eyeball.
Don't even think of doing it yourself!
