Dark age patches on face

Has anyone found a miracle solution to help lessen the dark brown age patches on the face, that sometimes comes with age?
There's plenty of products advertised on Amazon to lessen their impact and some well known brands which I'd be more likely to try but just wondered if anyone has found anything they could recommend please.

I'm trying tranexamic serum. Layering with Kojic acid/licorice mix and Vit C. One of these days I'll miraculously wake up with skin tone all the same colour. Sick of looking like a zebra.

Start with SPF 50 on your face every day.
Then add in a vitamin c serum.
Then find a laser facalist.
And keep with SPF every day for forever

Yes I forgot. Sunscreen is a must.

Yes, hydroquinone.

Yes, hydroquinone.

When I put that into Amazon it brought up lots of different pots?
What do you suggest please?

You can't get it on amazon. Its prescription only in the UK. So you either need a derm to prescribe it (obagi or dermatica) or buy it from Asia.

@neilyoungismyhero .I know this thread is old but in case you are still about , speak to your GP about tranexamic acid 500mg tablets (usually taken with a stomach protector) 2 month supply , possibly 4 months they will review it to check for progress.
Hydroquinone can bleach your towels and bedding so be aware of that
Azelaic acid 10% applied topically can also help.
A beauty therapist, I initially spoke with ( I was considering laser) said not to use factor 50 but we didn't gst to finish that conversation so I can't say why

I’m convinced my red light LED mask has faded my dark patches somewhat.
I already use Azalaic Acid and although I love the effects it has on my skin, I didn’t feel as though it did much for my ‘age spots.’ I do think my LED mask is really helping though.
Decent LED masks are expensive, unfortunately. I splashed out because I am so sick of my adult acne. It has helped with that as well.
