Why have mumsnet changed the format? It's awful!

Anyone else struggling with the new layout. Why have they changed it?

I really struggle to see the individual threads. I love this board and it's putting me off using it.

Can we go back to the old set up please MN?

Same here but strangely is not for AIBU where the format is same but Style and beauty is difficult to use as I can read the start of all threads picsetc.. but not just the list of thread titles.

The freezing and reloading is doing my head in, as are all the promoted by MN threads popping up in random completely unrelated topics.

eg thread about integrated dishwashers in Style and Beauty.

Thank you so much’ mine randomly changed about a week ago too and I’ve hated the new layout. Didn’t realise it was something I had control over. Harmony is restored in my life 😀

@botemp thank you! I would never have thought to go to settings, as I presumed it was nice the standard view so I just kept changing it at the top of the page x

I don't like it either! Will try to change my settings!

I didn't like the new format, everytime i read a post, it would go back to the first one , so I had to scroll down everytime, I just changed the format back .

I can't see page numbers (use to go back to where I have read upto)?

I have changed the settings but still not able to view page by page, just one long list, it’s awful.

Changing to compact view hasn’t helped, still got this weird new format 😞

I’ve seen a thread in Site stuff about the switch from pagination to endless scroll. They are doing some testing apparently with a subset of users. Many people objected and asked to be removed from the test group.

I absolutely hate it! Why has they changed it? It was perfect before. I will genuinely not be able to continue using the site if it stay like this. It’s awful.
