Shoes for everyday

Ok so for ages I've been struggling to find shoes! I usually wear midi dresses with leggings and ankle boots. I'm a size 20 and the leggings and dresses are a non-negotiable. Can I please have some show reccomendations for every day please? I'm a wide fit as well. I feel like they would totally elevate a basic outfit but I don't know what to buy! My old boots are starting to fall apart so I really need a replacement soon! I'm 28 if that helps! I find it so hard to keep up with the current trends and I don't know if I can pull off trainers as haven't owned a casual pair since school. Please send help!!!

Mosulu or Hotter could be worth trying - the latter is designed for wider feet.

Trainers for summer (new balance are my personal choice) and Birkenstocks and then dr martens for winter!

I really feel you, I have no idea what to wear instead of my boots half the time in summer! I actually do often wear boots in summer, either DMs or Grensons (who make the most beautiful, well-made shoes that will last you, via their repair service, basically a lifetime). I love boots and dresses. It's a real pickle trying to find a summer alternative.

I wear new balance to work. Super comfy can’t remember the exact style but it’s 4 something. X

Sketchers! They even have a menu tab for wider fit. Lots of options from trainers to sandals to ballet flats. Extra comfortable too.

I'd go for a block heel mary jane or t-strap. These are nice, and wide fit. Being patent makes them a bit formal, but maybe you can find similar in a non-shiny finish.

Managed to pick up a couple of pairs in the next sale. Boots again alas! I'm now on the lookout for a nice pair of Valentino rock studs but the sandals with the block heel. Think they will go really well with my summer dresses. Just get some birkenstocks for summer. They sound like they'd be perfect for you. Or something like Novesta/Superga/Converse pumps.

Nothing about those shoes or boots you've posted links to says "quite ethnicy" or Monsoon dresses to me!!

I will admit to wearing leggings with dresses... I usually wear saltwater sandals (albeit they are getting a little too flat for me as I age), superga, converse. Fly London wedges when I need a heel. But I don't think any of those fit ethnicy either.

Dr Martens Olson sandals might work although I don't know f they suit wide feet.

I love a brand called Uin - really comfortable, and I absolutely love the colours and patterns. I have 7 pairs so far! I also love fitflops and have several different styles.
