I am at a loss - if i want to plaster DS in denim and slogan wear i could fill his wardrobe 10 times over, but we have MIL's wedding in a few weeks and i can't find anything

am clearly looking in the wrong places

DS is 22 months BTW

TIA

when ds1 was 19mo he went to my brother's wedding clad in navy cords and a smart sweater

both from next, oddly

RubySlippers · 25/03/2008 13:15

M&S also good, but you have to find a big branch. The Autograph for Kids stuff is nice - formal but not stuffy.

RubySlippers · 25/03/2008 13:25

when i went to Next i didn't see any of the stuff in the links

i like the green striped shirt and the Monsoon stuff is lovely

didn't know Autograph did childrens' clothes - good tip

Vertbaudet have some lovely smart things for little boys in their Mila Blue range.

CoffeeCrazedMama · 25/03/2008 14:41

I (and ds) really like Zara - quite similar to La Redoute type stuff and very reasonably priced (especially when you are used to Gap prices). The Zara in Kings Road and Oxford Street (the one opposite Debenhams) have great selection.

Speaking of Gap, they have some lovely shirts in this season (but at £16 a go, much pricier than Zara).

RubySlippers · 25/03/2008 14:43

oh lordy - am i going to have to brave Oxford Street then?!

Vertbaudet - they are mail order only IIRC?
