Teeth whitening that actually works šŸ™ƒ

Does anyone have recommendations for at-home teeth whitening that works? Something I can order online/get from Boots?

I’m not after super bleached Hollywood teeth, I just want to remove a bit of the coffee staining and go a couple of shades lighter.

I’ll probably get it done professionally one day but I don’t have £££ to spare for that any time soon so cheapish suggestions please!

Oh also please flag if you’ve used anything that was painful or caused a lot of sensitivity… I could do without that.

Thanks in advance!

Crest 3D white strips are brilliant- you can buy them online from a place called the white smiles

I second the Crest 3D white strips. I have fairly sensitive teeth and just bought some Sensodyne toothpaste to use for the month of the treatment. I had a little discomfort, but nothing unmanageable, and completed the course on Christmas Eve. My teeth are still nice and bright and clear of stains now. I’ll happily do a top up course when I feel it necessary.

Colgate max white toothpaste is good especially alongside crest strips. It's supposed to be 24 quid full price but it's always half price in either boots or super drug and on Amazon. You want 'renewal' or 'radiance', not the ones originally priced at around a tenner.

I've found coconut charcoal really good for removing stains, it's a powder you brush on gently for a minute or so before brushing normally with toothpaste. Really affordable from Amazon. And then to whiten (if you want a whiter look than just removing the stains), crest strips are great and easy to use
