Teenage skin

My daughter is 14 and has started to develop a few spots on her face. Mainly it is her nose and it's always red. Today spotted a few blisters on her nose. I have put some aloe cream on the nose.
She's been using vitamin e moisturiser cream I use have suggested to stop using this for a bit wondering if she's reacting too it. She's also just started using tea tree oil face wash to see if this helps. I'm careful what she uses on her face as when younger she reacted to a lot of creams for her eczema.
It's nothing major but she has an important visit next week and wants to look her best there will be photographs taken and her red nose stands out.
Any suggestions what might help her.
Thanks in advance

Ditch the tea tree. Cerave is a great range for teens as is Bubble and Byoma (no actives).

Neutrogena is a good range to look at.

Avène Cicalfate moisturiser has been a miracle worker for DD. Literally overnight it clears any red or irritated skin - amazing stuff!!

For the oil and breakouts, La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo range. They have a facial wash and gel. Though I'd agree that CeraVe (also recommended by dermatologists-and pretty much the holy grail of effective skincare) would also be good. They do one for oily skin.

Or any other product with salicylic acid in. Nip and Fab Teen Fix is also excellent.

I'd use a gentle moisturizer like La Roche Posay Toleriane. It's a myth that oily skin doesn't need to be moisturized, it can be a vicious circle- oily skin lacks moisture, so produces its own in the form of more oil.

For the redness a Cica cream as recommended above. I'm never without La Roche Posay Cicaplast baume but any will sort the redness almost instantaneously

SPF every day too.

My 12 year old uses body shop tea tree foam or scrub 1-2 times a week. Not every day. Works a treat.
