Does anyone know who might make me some replacements? I will supply th fabric and old covers (for pattern-making).

Does anyone know how much it might cost?

Look in phone book for upholsters, I'd guess ~£200 ish, depends where u live, sofa size & style.

Uh Oh,

We have just had this problem, had two friendly old sofas that we loved to bits and wanted recovering but the cheapest quote was £600 each!!!! that was including fabric though! in the end we gave them to a charity shop and bought two new ones. Could you not make them yourself?

serin - I could. But - 4 children, a garden in need of love and attention, a to-do list that never goes away. I would probably finish it in time for my youngest's graduation (he's 8 months old).

Anyway, why didn't you make your covers yourself?
