SPF for swimming

Can anyone recommend one? I swim outdoors in summer and starting to think about SPF
I need a body one as I'm a redhead that burns easily but I'm swimming in rivers and not wanting to pollute the place or it just wash straight off and be useless!
Prefer a spray so I can reach my back but any recommendations welcome

What about a rashguard or long sleeved swimsuit? I’m in Australia so very sun conscious and anytime I swim I just wear that. There’s so many styles and options (zipper front, half zip, different necklines and sleeve lengths). It’s so much easier than trying to make sure you’re completely covered and although they can be expensive it will probably last you years before it needs replacing.

I'm in and out of water and use P20

I use p20 as it is the only thing that will stop my very pale and sun sensitive skin from burning in the water. But I protect my back and arms with a long sleeve swimming costume (Alpkit dulcie is my preferred one and I usually add the matching long shorts), and if I will be spending hours and hours swimming I wear spf leggings too. Rash vests are good, but it's tricky getting a long sleeved on where the cuffs are tight enough not to balloon as you swim, I do have a Decathlon one which works, and it has matching leggings

I've no hope with a swimsuit - I'm a 34K and have to buy bikinis from one shop only!
