Don't bother buying the heated eyelash curlers from lookfantastic.com

They are shite and break after a couple of months.

Heated and near my eyes would scare me shitless anyway. I get a bit freaked by my straightners.

southeastastra · 20/03/2008 20:39

those electric nail files that were around in the 80s

expatinscotland · 20/03/2008 20:39

I love my GHDs.

Yeah I do too but I am very very careful with them

queenofthedumbquestion · 20/03/2008 20:44

Are GHDs really worth the money? In the time since I first considered buying some, I've gone through three pairs of cheaper ones. Are they really any better? For the average ham-fisted fool?

expatinscotland · 20/03/2008 20:45

yes, they really are worth every penny.

I love my GHDs (have had them for over four years!!) but I have found something better

queenofthedumbquestion · 20/03/2008 20:49

But do they still leave those little kinks in your hair? Or is that just me?

expatinscotland · 20/03/2008 20:49

no, they don't in mine.
