I am one of those oddballs who would rather have second hand luxury than first hand high street, so I'd be straight on to ebay to find a nice cashmere number.
HOWEVER I presume you want to buy new? Depends on your age and if you want trendy or classic, and if that is all you want to spend or you'll add some £££ yourself.
If classic, anything from M&S to John Lewis/Reiss/Gap
If trendy, anything from H&M to French Connection and beyond. HTH?
