I had the same thought. Seems like the character has realised it was an expensive purchase too as she wears it in more than one episode

Oh me too stringbean I first saw When Harry met Sally when it came out and it's been fascinating watching her outfits go out of fashion and then come back around again - and yes with the exception of that dreadful Princess-Diana's-wedding knock off on New Years Eve.

Totally agree. Also with Rene Russo’s outfits from the Thomas Crown Affair. I’d also include the coats worn by all the female characters in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, amazing tailoring.

Agree re Lesley Manville in Magpie Murders. I googled one of her jumpers at the time - think it was from Anthropologie.

Also all the female characters on the Split. I was sure the actresses wanted to be in The Split mainly for the clothes.

And I loved the way that in the final series Annabel Scholey's character's clothes improved as she got her shit together.
