Will anything really work

I’m mid 40s and always felt I looked quite young for my age. But several years of poor sleep and now perimenopause have left me with bags under my eyes and slightly crepey skin under my eyes.
I’m using Boots protect and perfect eye at night and The Inky caffeine eye cream in the morning. I should say I do have quite sensitive skin.
what can I do to improve this. It really gets me down to see the huge difference in the last few years

Accept the aging process. If you have sensitive skin you don't want to be putting too much on it.

I agree accept it. The more creams you rub on, the more you’ll stretch the skin.
Accentuate another area so that people don’t look at it.

I’m not unaccepting of aging. But this feels like a fairly minor concern that, if I sorted, I’d feel a lot better about myself

If it’s bothering you, you could consider a more invasive treatment, such as derma fillers?

I'm at this stage too (although have always had a tendency to under eye bags). I think most of the remedies on the market are pretty pointless plus I've had a number of medical professionals caution against using products close to the eye area. I think the only thing that will help is some kind of treatment like fillers or whatever but I can't be bothered to go down that route.

Do fillers help with bags?

You can get tear trough fillers which plump out the under eye area.

I agree I don't think anything topical really helps, a lot of it is genetic and related to bone structure. I have them myself but wouldn't go down the filler route just because of the amount of upkeep forever.
